NOTE: refunds may take up to 30 days to process on your side due to your credit card/bank, on our side refunds will be handled within 48 hours, usually 12.

If at anytime in the first 8 weeks you want a refund we usually wont ask any questions, you have used the product so little there is no data you can give us to work out why you didn't grow.

If you used the product longer then 8 weeks we assume you have worked with your personal trainer, as such we will still very probably have no questions to ask you

If you want a refund after 6 or more months, please have a paypal account, this makes sending your refund direct very easy if your Credit Card wants to put any time limits on refunds

Our product works and we stand behind it, we note some people claim we can't honor our policy, what they are really saying is an affiliate network that is world wide and PayPal can't honor refunds, which is a rather grandiose lie don't you think?

The real question is... If there product is so good, why can't they match our refund policy?
